It’s a homework problem that seems too easy to me, i think it’s b and d but i’m not too sure. thanks for any input

a. Long-term debt.
b. Common stock.
c. Accounts payable.
d. Preferred stock.
e. All of the above are considered capital components for WACC and capital budgeting purposes.
