found a man. home at a dealership that sells cash only. I don’t have good credit but no bankruptcy. I have a good paying job, but need a new home now, so I need to find a financer quickly. I have my own land to use as a down payment, and have no current payment now.

Should I look into Debt consolidation with my credit card debt being $6000 or should I work something out?

I fell into a bad situation and got taken to court by a payday loan company and ordered to pay the full amount plus by 07/21/09. I don’t have the money right now and the manager is not in this week. What will happen to me, will they give me a chance to talk with her first before further action is taken

I’m about to buy my first home and in the process of making an offer. If i’m doing a 100% financing on a purchase no greater then 0,000 will it be hard for me to also get a home equity loan no greater then ,000 so i can do the repairs that are needed for this home. Thanks!
Update

Credit score is good at 700 and I’ve been pre-app. for 100% financing.

Trying to get a home for fewer than 90,000 in a neighborhood where homes are worth around 140,000. Hope that info helps a bit.

Also, can I roll some if not all of the closing cost into the loan amount because i’m limited to what I have to give out of pocket. Thanks for everyones advice!
